How long have you been in business?
Rocome was established in 2012 by Neil Broome and Chris Roche, who already had more than 40 years’ experience between them.
Which areas of the UK do you cover?
We are based in Witney, Oxfordshire, but we carry out work Berkshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire And of course Oxfordshire.
What are your hours?
Our hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. We can do work during the evening, weekend and on bank holidays on request.
Do I need to have an account with you?
No, we will invoice you once the work has been completed.
Who are your usual clients?
We have a broad client base ranging from homeowners and landlords to commercial property owners such as retail stores, factories and government buildings.
What type of electrical services do you offer?
Our electricians are trained to carry out all types of electrical installation, maintenance, inspection and testing work. Jobs range from the installation of lights or electrical sockets to whole building rewires. We also carry out testing and inspection work to ensure that the electrical systems in your domestic or commercial property are safe.
How much do your services cost?
Rocome offer affordable pricing on all of our services so you can rest assured that you are getting value for money for the work we complete.
Will I have to wait in all day?
We try our best to give relatively specific time slots for the arrival of our electricians. Delays may occur if an earlier job takes longer than expected, but we will do our best to let you know when our electrician will arrive and if any delays have occurred.
Who will carry out the work?
One or more of our highly qualified electricians will attend to carry out the work. We only employ competent contractors who have the necessary training and are up to date with health and safety protocols.
Are you insured for work carried out?
Of course, we have sufficient public liability insurance to cover us.
Is the work you do guaranteed?
Our work is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date the work has been completed.
